Questions about our swim collection?

What is the return policy on swim items?

Due to the nature of our swim collection, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. We strongly encourage you to go by the measurements provided (in the product photos) to ensure you select the correct size.

What size should I choose?

We recommend choosing a size based on your tamariki’s measurements rather than their usual NZ size.

Sizing can vary between brands, so we’ve provided garment measurements to help you find the best fit.

All measurements are in each product listing, located in the photos.

If you prefer a tight fit we recommend sizing down as our swim sizing runs bigger

If you are still unsure, Please send us a message and we will be happy to help!

The finer details 👀

Our swimwear is not double-lined. The original design was created for smaller sizes, and due to high demand we added larger sizing later on. After testing, we were confident the fabric was not see-through and didn’t require double lining.

We know some prefer double-lined swimwear, so if that’s important to you, please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Our swimwear is made from a soft, durable blend of 82% polyamide and 18% spandex, chosen for comfort, flexibility, and everyday wear in water and sun. Polyamide is smooth on the skin and quick-drying, while spandex provides natural stretch so the swim moves easily with your pēpi.

Designed without elastic, the fit relies on the fabric’s stretch for a comfortable, gentle feel.

Will these be restocked?

Unfortunately, after multiple restocks, we won’t be restocking these again this summer.

This isn’t goodbye though — you’ll see them return next summer.

Light-coloured swim & sand

Light colours and sand don’t always get along, something we couldn’t entirely avoid. Because swimwear fabric is elastic, it naturally stretches to fit your pēpi’s body when worn.

As the fabric stretches, sand can cling to the fibres, especially with lighter colours.

How to help remove sand:
After swimming or sand play, shake off the excess sand, allow the swimwear to dry.

Once dry, gently stretch the fabric to open the fibres and sprinkle a small amount of talcum powder over the sandy areas.

Most of the sand can then be removed by lightly patting or kneading the fabric before rinsing with water.
