Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return by contacting us at babybear.info@icloud.com.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free from stains, marks, damage, stretching, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Customers may choose to have these items returned at their own expense.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please note that incorrect sizing is not considered a fault. We provide sizing charts on all products and encourage customers to review these before purchasing.

If an item is deemed faulty, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

We cannot process a faulty item claim without first inspecting the returned garment.

Care Instructions

All garments must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided on the garment label and our website.

Damage, shrinkage, colour transfer, fading, pilling, stretching, or other issues resulting from washing, drying, storage conditions, fabric treatments, stain removal products, or general garment care after purchase are not considered manufacturing faults and will not be eligible for a replacement, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Fault Claims

Any faults, defects, or concerns must be reported within 6 months of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of clothing, washing methods, storage conditions, and general wear over time, fault claims submitted more than 6 months after delivery will not be eligible for a replacement, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Change of Size or Colour

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or colour, return your item within 14 days and, once approved, we will issue store credit to the value of the returned item. You can then place a new order for your preferred size or colour.

Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee stock availability when your return is processed.

Store credit is issued to the value of the original purchase price of the returned item and can be used towards a future purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to store credit purchases or gift card purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear

  • Towels

  • Hats

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

All sale items are final sale.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email babybear.info@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return instructions before sending your item.

  3. Package your item securely and include your name and order number.

  4. Send your return via tracked courier.

  5. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund or store credit.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent via tracked courier, as Baby Bear is not responsible for lost return parcels. We can only process returns once they have been received.

Pre-Orders

Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless the item is deemed faulty upon receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for approved faulty or damaged items.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Approved refunds apply to the item value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A $10 processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover transaction fees incurred when the order was originally placed, as these fees are not returned to us by our payment providers.
