Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, and store credit requests.

New Zealand Shipping

  • North Island Overnight Tracked Courier: $9 NZD

  • South Island Tracked Courier: $15 NZD (1–3 business days)

  • Rural Tracked Courier: $15 NZD (1–4 business days)

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days plus shipping time.

During launches, sales, public holidays, and busy periods, processing may take up to 2–5 business days.

If you require signature delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

If you live in a rural area, please ensure you select the Rural shipping option at checkout. Any incorrectly selected shipping options may be adjusted prior to dispatch.

Australia Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $36 NZD

Estimated delivery time: 3–14 business days, plus processing time.

Please allow additional time during public holidays, Christmas, and sale periods.

International Orders

Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
