Our working hours :
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Please note we are closed on Saturday & Sunday.
If you place a order over the weekend, they will be fulfilled the next working day.

We aim to have your orders dispatched the same day (if placed before 12pm) or the next day, however over busy periods please allow 2-3 working days.

Discount codes & Gift cards:
Gift cards and discount codes are not valid on and PREORDER items.
Discount codes are not valid on new released items or sale items.



Preorders:
All preorder items are non-refundable and are unable to be exchanged, so please make sure you select the right size when placing your order.
You will be emailed updates on when you preorder is expected to be shipped to you.
Any items purchased with a preorder item will be shipped when the preorder is shipped. If you would like your other items earlier, please place a separate order.

When will you restock a specific item?

Please sign up to the back in stock alerts on the sold out product to be emailed once an item is back in stock. If you have a particular item you are after please email babybear.info@icloud.com for an updated ETA.

 

I want to change or cancel my order

Get in touch with us via email babybear.info@icloud.com as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is sent out. If you order has already been dispatched we will be unable to intercept it.
Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges for store credits. If the item is damaged or faulty we may issue a refund. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to babybear.info@icloud.com

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on our Summer essential collections due to the nature of those products.

We are not responsible for the shipping fee to exchange any items.

Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned for an exchange or store credit


Something is wrong with my order!

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to babybear.info@icloud.com and we will endeavour to sort it out for you as soon as possible.

 

How can I return my items?

All enquiries regarding exchanges for store credit or damaged/faulty items need to be emailed to babybear.info@icloud.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the shipping fee to return the item and for the exchange to be sent back to you.

Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within the 14-day timeline advised above. 

 

Returning your goods:

Please follow the steps below for faulty items or goods to be returned

Please ensure to include your name & Order Number on any return so that we can process this efficiently for you.

Goods must also be sent via Tracked Courier as our address does not accept standard postal delivery. Sending via tracked courier also ensures that your parcel does not go missing. Baby Bear is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received.

Once we have received your return or exchange, we will inspect the items. All tags must still be attached and items unworn.

We will issue store credit back to you for the item so you can purchase the correct size or item you are after.

You are responsible for all shipping fees if item is returned or exchanged.

If there is any stains, marks, pulls or damaged to items being returned we are unable to exchange, refund or offer store credits. You will have the option to have your item returned to you (at your cost).

Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned for an exchange or refund.

 

Do you price match? I placed an order and it’s now on sale!

Unfortunately we do not. We very rarely have sales/discounted items and we are unable to change the price after purchase.


What size should I order?

If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at babybear.info@icloud.com prior to making your purchase or refer to our sizing charts.

If you are unsure then we suggest you size up as it is guaranteed your wee one will continue to grow!
